Billing FAQ
How does billing work?
We use manual billing — no automatic charges ever. You receive an invoice at the start of each period and pay via UPI, bank transfer, or cheque. We issue a proper GST invoice.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Contact our support team and we will adjust your plan at the next billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
After your trial you will receive an invoice for your chosen plan. If you decide not to continue, your account is downgraded to read-only mode — your data is never deleted without your explicit request.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual billing receives a 20% discount. Contact our sales team to set up an annual contract.
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, IMPS, and cheque. We do not accept credit/debit cards at this time.
